Gigs...no, not Ryan

...she thinks that happiness is a mat that sits on the doorway...but outside, it starts raining...

3.to work as a musician, esp. in a single engagement: He gigged with some of the biggest names in the business.

2 sweet gigs in two weeks. Attending one, attended one.

Last week was Laundry Bar's Thursday usual live music night, Soundcheck. Was there with a few fellas back at home. Warm ambience plus good music with a dash of vodka martini dressed the night. 3 shifts were on that night: Zalila Lee's acoustic pieces, a Danish band Madison Flint's frontman named Kim (good control of screamos) and also this guy called Isaac Entry, he filled the place with groove 'n soul. Alex of CFE played for him, plus other veterans from the local music scene. Also bumped into Joyce the Kinky Blue Fairy, blogger aficionado. She's nice, and she blogs for Laundry Bar too. Check the bar's blog out, there's a pic of me and sweetlassplatonicfriend Esther. Did my laundry at the bar alright, heh~.

Next gig's an upcoming one called Indie-licious, at KL Jam Asia featuring none other than PG165! Gonna be there, with a throng of their fans. Been awhile since they played live music for their fans, so this one's gonna be big for sure. Been thinking about it, if fergilicious' definition goes "make the boys go loco," then what's Indie-licious' definition? Make the boys go headbang?...lame i know...humour me.

Always appreciated live music and will always do.

Most probably will be too lazy to post for another 1-2 weeks, so lemme take this opportunity to wish fellow Chinese readers (if any) a prosperous Gong Hei Fatt Choi! Go easy on the ba kua and oranges y'all...and if you're generous enough, do share the angpow harvests, nyehehe. Out.
