Shower

...the silence tells me that you're not coming back anymore...I'll forget you on these nights when it rained...

It's 2 in the morning and I'm wide awake, since I dozed off on a book after dinner. The thing about sleeping too late in the evening is that you tend to wake up at odd hours, where your mind gets disoriented because of waking up in the dark. This oughta meddle with my biological clock a bit.

A late but nevertheless valid(?) SHOUTOUT to Justyne, who turns 21 last Sunday. Kudos to a great friend and brother in Christ. Hope you like the bag we gave ya. The Don celebrates...

The other Don, Sam left Melaka to pursue his dreams and purpose that God has in store for him. The man who blessed many of our hearts with his antics and charisma is now back to his hometown in KL. Your legacy lives on...*salute*

This few days has been days which I really have the Lord in thanksgiving.
Managed to register for the subject which I wasn't able to earlier due to technicalities. The subject was at full capacity and a gracious friend was kind enough to let me take her place since she was dropping it...
Sang for worship on Sunday and loved it, grateful for His gift of worship to us, and for providing opportunities to serve Him in music and praise. Less of me, more of Him...
And thank God for friends, for their constant encouragements and the realisation that they play a part in my life that helped make me the person I am today...

November rain...
I don't mean the song by Guns N' Roses, but rather the weather of the month, rainy...
Most people would dread it, 'cause its hard to walk to classes under the rain and laundry won't dry as fast...although someone likes rain cos it reminds her of a Korean pop singer *cough*ai*cough*
And if there's any mafia-don/yakuza-chief/chinese-triad-boss who wants to kick the bucket, this season will be a good time to start holding your funerals and wakes, because I notice that in most movies involving the deaths of these people, it always rains.

November rain...I'm growing fond of it.
It gives an ordinarily dull evening sunset a darker hue and sober feel, not to mention that the weather is much cooler.
A gentle reminder of how refreshing it can be, in the Lord.

Let my teaching fall like rain and my words descend like dew, like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants. - Deuteronomy 32:2

He covers the sky with clouds, He supplies the earth with rain and makes grass grow on the hills. - Psalms 147:8

Fact and Fiction.

...but then, You assured me, I'm a little more than useless, when I think that I can't do this, You promise me that I'll get through this, and do something right, do something right for once...

Sigh...Melaka...

3 weeks is kinda short...don't ya think? Don't ya? Yes? No?

Why can't they give us a lil' more for break? Another week perhaps?

Why? Why? I wanna stay home!

I'm not homesick, no...Melaka is like a second home to me...only...

It's just that...well...it's just that...

I LOVE THIS GAME AND I CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF IT!!!

Ahh, the woes of a student gamer...
N-need...more...pixelated...goodness...must...have...final...fantasy...

Haha.

No, seriously. It's the only reason why it's sad to see the end of the break...at least to me. Ol' faithful Square-Enix have really outdone themselves with their latest installment of this RPG franchise. It's so good and immersive, most (not all) of my holiday was used up playing it. It was either mamak, futsal or Final Fantasy 12.

But it shall wait 'til the next break. Classes now return to haunt the sanity of students, clouding their heads with mind-numbing numbers, formulas*cough*statutes*cough*cases, filling their daily routine schedules with research-filled, bloodtearsandsweat-shed assignments. Lecturers contemplate their slew of baffling lecture notes and skull-cracking tutorials. All this for the sake of education and money knowledge. Will we survive the massacre? Can we subsist the brainslaughter?

Oh! The horror!

Naa, it's just classes. I'm just exaggerating. We'll do fine...won't we? Here's to the new trimester, cheers!
